Why is your flight delayed:
We’re sorry that your flight has been delayed. This is because snowfall across much of the UK has meant that Air Traffic Control has had to limit the number of aircraft that can arrive and depart, which has delayed many flights today. The safety of you and our crew is our highest priority and we thank you for your patience.
The disruption to your flight is outside of our control and is considered to be an extraordinary circumstance.
