Subject to your compliance at all times with our Linking Agreement below, you can link to us by copying the html coding underneath them and pasting it into the html file of your website. If you use any of our images, please download a copy to serve from your own Website, do NOT link to them on the easyJet Website.
1. ARTICLE 1 Definitions
As you read these terms and conditions, please note that:

| easyJet Brand | means the services, products, merchandise and other related items branded as “easyJet” and/or “easyJet.com” and owned by easyGroup IP Licensing Limited; |
| easyJet Trade Marks | means the trademarks, both registered and unregistered, owned or used by easyJet from time to time; |
| easyJet Website | means easyJet’s website on the world wide web at URL www.easyJet.com |
| HTML | means Hypertext Mark-up Language, being a set of codes that can be inserted into text files to indicate special type-faces, inserted images and links to other hypertext documents; |
| Hypertext Link | means a link embedded within a page using HTML permitting the user to access another point in the same or another page, which link triggers other pages to be displayed; |
| Intellectual Property Rights | means patents, rights in design, trade marks, trading, business or domain names and e-mail addresses, copyrights (including any such rights in typographical arrangements, websites or software) whether registered or not and any applications to register or rights to apply for registration of any of the foregoing, rights in inventions, know-how, trade secrets and other confidential information, rights in databases and all other intellectual property rights of a similar or corresponding character that subsist now or in the future in any part of the world; |
| Link | means a hypertext link from your Website to the easyJet Website; |
| Licensor | means easyGroup IP Licensing Limited; |
| URL or Uniform Resource Locator | means the address of a file accessible on the Internet; |
| Website | means a collection of web pages and other files that are made available through a single URL group sharing at least the qualified server name component of their URL’s. |
2. ARTICLE 2 Applicability
2.1 Linking to the easyJet Website by any means is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 easyJet reserves the right to amend and alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued provision of the Link indicates your consent to such changes.
3. ARTICLE 3
3.1 Any Intellectual Property Rights of whatever nature (including, without limitation, those which subsist in the easyJet Brand) which subsist or may subsist in the format, presentation and/or content of the Link (including, without limitation, its look, feel, visual or other non-literal elements) shall remain the property of easyJet or its Licensor(s) absolutely.
3.2 Subject to Article 4 below, easyJet permits you to use the easyJet Trade Marks insofar as is necessary to identify easyJet in describing the relationship between your Website and the easyJet Website (including, without limitation, to identify the Link between your Website and the easyJet Website), but does not grant any licence to you to use the easyJet Trade Marks other than as permitted under section 10(6) of the Trade Marks Act 1994.
3.3 You agree that you shall not use the colour orange (pantone reference 021C, HTML reference #FF6600) on your Website except as part of an easyJet Trade Mark used as permitted in clause 3.1 above.
4. ARTICLE 4 The Link
4.1 You are permitted to provide and maintain a Link to the easyJet Website Homepage only at URL http://www.easyjet.com. You may not direct the Link to any other webpage contained within the easyJet Website.
4.2 The Link must be created so that the easyJet Website occupies its own window and is never loaded inside of a frame.
4.3 You must ensure that, upon using or accessing the Link, every visitor is made aware that he is leaving your Website and entering easyJet’s Website.
4.4 Upon reaching the easyJet Website, the address bar on the user’s browser must display the easyJet URL and you may not use any technical device to replace the URL shown to visitors.
4.5 You shall not at any time adapt or use, otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, any marks, domain names, drawings, symbols, emblems, logos, designations or names which include or are confusingly similar to or a colourable imitation of any easyJet Trade mark, logo, domain name (together the “Marks”) used by easyJet.
4.6 You shall not at any time do authorise or permit any act or omission which in any way shall alter, harm, misuse or bring into disrepute, impair or adversely effect the Marks.
4.7 The Link will always stand alone and will not be combined with any other graphical elements.
4.8 The Link will not appear more prominently than your personal, company, product or service website name.
4.9 The Link will be used solely for the purpose of linking to the easyJet Site;
4.10 The Link will not create or give the appearance of creating an endorsement, approval, sponsorship, affiliation or recommendation of any product or service by easyJet.
4.11 You will not transfer, assign, sell, reproduce, distribute or otherwise exploit your use of the Link.
4.12 You shall use all reasonable endeavours to prevent the unauthorised introduction into the easyJet Website of any virus, disabling device or obscene, defamatory or pornographic material or anything that could result in the degradation of the performance or user experience of the easyJet Website. If any such unauthorised virus, device or material is introduced and found by, or brought to your attention, you shall notify easyJet immediately and take all reasonable steps to remove such virus, device, material or performance degrading element as soon as possible.
4.13 The Link will not be used or displayed in any way that disparages easyJet or our products or services, infringes any intellectual property or other rights of easyJet, violates any national or international law, or diminishes or otherwise damages easyJet’s goodwill in the easyJet Brand.
4.14 The Link will not be used in any way that infringes the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.
5. ARTICLE 5
5.1 easyJet reserves the right to revoke your right to Link to the easyJet website for any reason, in which case you agree to remove the Link and stop use of the Link within 1 business day of notice of revocation. In such a case, you will be prohibited from reinstating the Link or using the Logo without further written permission from easyJet.
5.2 On revocation, you shall immediately remove any reference to easyJet from your Website and as soon as reasonably possible remove any reference to easyJet from any promotional or other published material or destroy all such materials containing any reference to easyJet (including any easyJet Trade Marks), and shall furnish easyJet with a certificate executed by a duly authorised employee certifying the same has been done.
6. ARTICLE 6
6.1 Nothing in this agreement and no action taken by the parties pursuant to this agreement shall constitute, or be deemed to constitute, the parties a partnership, association, joint venture, the agents of each other or any other co-operative entity.
6.2 You acknowledge that easyJet accepts no responsibility for nor makes any representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the provision of the easyJet Website whatsoever.
7. ARTICLE 7
7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England; and, any dispute between you and us concerning or arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
