What is a fare?
We offer five fares and bundles through our approved channels for customers booking with their preferred travel trade partner (travel agent, travel management company, or online booking tool) as seen in the table above.
What is a bundle?
We currently offer two bundles through our API – Essentials (K) and Standard Plus (H). They are a Standard fare packaged together with specific ancillaries as an alternative option to adding the items individually.
How do customers access pre-flight benefits at the airport?
Customers must present their boarding pass to the relevant airport staff. Dedicated Bag Drop, large cabin bag, Speedy Boarding and Fast Track security will be indicated on their boarding pass if applicable.
How do customers access in-flight benefits?
FLEXI customers must present their FLEXI boarding pass to receive their meal deal aboard their flight. easyJet Plus customers must present their easyJet Plus membership to receive their EAT.DRINK discount on board their flight.
How can ancillaries be added for any fare or bundle post booking?
Additional flight ancillaries can be added to a booking via the original booking channel or manage bookings on our website.
