Once healed and dry, there’s more to find in Casamicciola Terme. Beaches, for a start. Try Spiaggia delle Marina, where you’ll find shallow water for paddling and soft sand for sunbathing. Otherwise, if you’re sold on the thermal waters claims, there's Bagnitiello, a rockier beach with its own spring. 

Back in the town, stroll along the waterfront promenade and choose one of the restaurants serving fresh Italian food – they’re always very child-friendly (pizza is easy to come by, as you might expect) if you’re bringing your bambinos.
