Located on the western coast of Ischia, Forio is one of this volcanic island’s most alluring areas, renowned for its stunning landscapes, historic sites, and incredible sunsets. The famous La Mortella Gardens, created by the British composer Sir William Walton and his wife, Lady Susana Walton, are located just outside the town and feature an impressive collection of exotic plants and a beautiful landscape.
