In order for our Ground Crew here at Amsterdam to move your hold luggage to your new flight, please click here and click on "Create a report" to report your luggage as delayed, using your original flight details:
- If you have more than 1 bag under the same name you can create 1 file with these multiple bags.
- If you have multiple bags under different passenger names, please create a separate file per bag.
- Once you have filled out the form, please log back onto mybag.aero/easyJet and send us a message in “manage an existing report” with your new flight details. These need to include your new booking reference number, flight number, destination and departure time.
- Please let us know your new travel information at least 2.5 hours before your new departure time and we will do our best to have your bag with you on your new flight to be collected at the arrival hall at your destination.
- If, unfortunately, we don’t manage to send it on your flight we will do our best to send it on the next available flight. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate with a mobile number we can contact you on.
