Our mission has always been to make travel easy and affordable.
We're keeping our fares as low as possible whilst giving you the flexibility to add additional services only if you need them.We want our charges to be as fair as possible, so they are listed below, with a clear explanation of why they exist and how you pay for them.
easyJet is a digital airline and the cheapest and easiest way for you to book or make changes to your booking is online or via our mobile app. Our Customer Services Team is there to help customers who are unable to manage their bookings online or are in need of special assistance, so please be aware that where it's possible for you to make changes to your booking online, additional admin fees may apply if you ask our Customer Services team to do it for you. Our team will make you aware of this up front when you call us.

When you book to travel with us, the tickets you buy are non-refundable (except set out in the terms and conditions). However, we do understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to amend your booking.
If you cannot fly due to a government mandated travel ban or mandatory hotel quarantine our ‘Travel Restriction Protection’ gives you flexible options if your plans need to change up to the 31 December 2023.
Spelling mistakes can be corrected free of charge.
