Change flight and change name


To keep our fares as low as possible the tickets you buy are non-refundable. However, we do understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to amend your booking so we’ve tried to be as fair as we can when applying fees and charges.


You can correct spelling mistakes and title changes free of charge. We do charge for most other changes (see Fees and charges), unless changes are included for free in your fare. It’s always cheaper to make changes online or via our mobile App.


Additional admin fees may apply if you ask our Customer Services team to do it for you. Our team will make you aware of this up front when you call us.


Flight changes


You can change flight times, dates and destinations up to two hours before your flight is due to depart – even if you’ve checked in.


It’s cheapest and easiest to do this online. To make changes you will need to sign in using the email address and password used to make the original booking. You’ll then be able to view your booking under “View Bookings” and choose which booking you would like to make changes to. You can also do this via our mobile app.


A change fee will be applied per passenger, per flight, and if the new fare is higher you’ll need to pay the fare difference. Note - if the new fare is lower, no refund will be made and the relevant change fees are still applicable.

After any changes, remember to check in again and reprint your boarding pass.


The changes you make will apply for every passenger in the booking. If you would like to make a change for just some (or one) persons in the booking only, please contact our Customer Services team who'll be happy to help.

Name changes


Title changes and Spelling mistakes, limited to three characters per name, can be done online either via our website or mobile app free of charge.


To change a passenger’s name you will need to sign in using the email address and password used to make the original booking. You’ll then be able to view your booking under “View Bookings” and choose which booking you would like to make changes to. You can also do this via our mobile app.


A change fee will be applied per passenger changed, per flight. You can find out more about our charges on our fees and charges page.


Please ensure the passenger’s full name matches the ID they will be using to travel, including middle names.
