If you’re booking with us for the first time, you’ll need to set up an easyJet account. You only have to do this once and it will allow you to manage your booking and save your details for future flights. It makes payments quicker, check-in easier and you can quickly find your boarding pass and flight information.
Setting up an easyJet account is quick and easy. You can either set it via our register page or while making your booking. Accessing your account If you’ve forgotten your password or your account needs to be reset, you can do this by following the resetting your password link. Get the most out of your account membership We can keep you in the loop when we have special offers and promotions or schedule releases so you can get access to the best flight offers. You can also choose to be part of our community and help us improve our services. We’ll sometimes suggest great products and offers from our partners if you have chosen to opt in for third party communications. Don’t worry, we’ll only email you if you have selected this option and are happy for your data to be shared. If you want to take a break from our communications, you can unsubscribe through updating your preferences under your account. If you change your mind you can re-subscribe at any time. Manage your account You can update your address, email address, password, phone numbers and email preferences under your account. You’ll need to sign in and visit 'my account' from the 'hello' menu.
If you do want to leave us, we’ll be sad to see you go! But you can close your account, by emailing us or calling our customer services team.
