If your API or contact details change you must update them on your booking so that they match the document you will be travelling with. If your API information and your documents do not match you may not be able to travel.
If you booked directly on easyJet.com you can change API or contact details before you’ve checked in by going to Manage Bookings, and click on ‘Edit’ next to the passenger name you want to update. When accessing Manage Bookings you’ll need the email address and password used to make the original booking – you will not be able to edit your API details if you access your booking using only your booking reference and surname.
Once you’ve checked in, any changes must be made through the easyJet: Travel App or via our Customer Service Team before check-in for your first flight closes. To do it yourself, go to the app, click on “check-in / passes”, select the passenger you want to make changes for and amend their details.
