UK Weather advisory
The Met Office has issued a Yellow weather warning indicating heavy snow across the UK from Saturday 4th until Monday 6th January. In the event of significant snow fall there is a greater chance of delays and disruption to our flights. In anticipation, you can assist us best by following the below guidance.
Check flight tracker before traveling to the airport – if need to make any changes to your schedule, we will update you here along with further information on what to do next.
Leave extra time or take an alternative route to the airport to avoid arriving late – we will be unable to extend our bag drop or gate closure times so arriving on-time is imperative.
easyJet Operations Control will be monitoring the ongoing weather situation until your flight arrives at its destination and is working closely with the airport authorities and Met Office to keep disruption to our services at a minimum.
You can read the official guidance from the Met Office by clicking here
If you would like to speak to someone about your flight before then; you can contact us by online or over the phone. All the details you need to reach out can be found by clicking here.
Disruption caused by inclement weather is outside of our control and considered an extraordinary circumstance, however we are extremely sorry for inconvenience caused as a result.
